Pathetic service and an absolutely messed up company. My product went missing during RTO, and when I raised a complaint, they casually replied that they “can’t help” because I reported it after their so-called “TAT.” What a joke of a procedure — just hiding behind their own rules to avoid responsibility. I’ve now lost my product, my money, and my time. Great job, Nimbus Post — truly disgraceful.
