This app has the worst customer service. They mark orders as shipped without providing a tracking number, and you have to chase them for days to get any info. Live chat is useless; they tell you to wait for your account manager, who is never available. I contacted them for three days straight and got no real help. Update it has now been more than 10 days since I placed the order no tracking info. When I finally got a response from the account agent, they told me the order had been shipped the day before. I asked for the tracking number, and they said it wasn’t available yet because the order was actually shipped today. I asked for clarification, was it shipped today or yesterday? As usual, the agent disappeared without answering. Mind you, this order was marked as "shipped" 6 days ago.

Hola! Tengo un problema con la aplicación al momento de importar los productos. En el apartado de lista de productos de lado izquierdo está un botón de + en el que se desglosan los variables y es ahi cuando no entiendo porque me aparece el mismo producto pero con un precio mayor y en la pagina se respeta el precio mas alto, no se donde puedo cambiar esos precios. Hice la prueba de compra y en mi tienda de shopify aparece el precio editado por mi pero al momento de pagar a NIHAO me cobra el precio mas alto. Necesito ayuda por favor.
