I used their service to import a bunch of products into my Shopify store from an excel file, and it worked out perfectly. The team helped clean up some formatting issues in my file and made sure everything showed up correctly, images, variants, attributes, all of it. I signed up for their VIP support service and handed them a pretty big task: migrating all of our orders from our Prestashop store and linking them to existing products on our Shopify store. They came up with a solid solution, and I'm fully satisfied with the results, as well as the service.

PS: if your products have custom options, you might want to look into a Product Options app to get that feature set up on Shopify.
