I’ve been using the NetWise Wholesale App since its very beginning, and I can honestly say it has everything I had been looking for. It’s been a real pleasure to be part of this from the start. Whenever we had questions, their support team responded incredibly fast — always providing quick and effective solutions. I can truly recommend this app to everyone looking for a reliable and professional wholesale solution.

I’ve updated my review from 1 star to reflect the overall experience with the team. They’ve been consistently responsive and supportive over time, and I genuinely appreciate how much effort Deekshith and his team have put into helping users and improving their app. Their communication and willingness to assist have been great. However, I was recently concerned to find that a product export was initiated without my authorization from an external team related to netwise , and an email showed my store data was sent to an external address. This raised serious privacy and security concerns, so I decided to uninstall the app as a precaution, also shopify team had started an investigation on this matter. That said, I still recognize the dedication and good intentions behind the team’s work. I hope they address this issue transparently and ensure stronger data permission controls going forward — because the app itself has potential and the support team is genuinely committed.

This app is both flexible and comprehensive, making it ideal for use with Shopify. On top of that, the support team is open-minded and committed to helping you succeed, which has been amazing. After trying and discarding three Wholesale-style apps, I found Netwise, which only had one feedback rating. Despite this, I decided to give them a chance since the other highly rated apps weren't working for me. While Shopify offers a great online platform, I needed a solid B2B and wholesale app to support all aspects of my business, from online to offline to pop-up shops, markets, fundraising and wholesale. The design and integration of this app within Shopify are just beautiful. I've been blown away by the support team's ability to quickly and easily address any concerns or issues specific to my business, and they even made small changes for me. Kudos to Netwise!

Love this app! We were looking for something that was easy to use and NetWise was it. They're still developing lots of features, but their customer support and app so far is great and exactly what we were looking for. We love the customizations and simplicity. But most importantly, we love that we can use our normal store for wholesale with NetWise.
