The app works quite well overall, but there are some ongoing issues that the developer never seems to fix. After months of communication, problems such as missing SKU names in emails and faulty reports that incorrectly flag listings as having no images remain unresolved. Each time I reach out, the response is the same: “We regret to inform you that we do not have a confirmed timeline for when the issue will be resolved. Our technical team has advised that the investigation may take several weeks, and potentially longer.” These faults have been reported multiple times over the past six months, and nothing has changed. Unfortunately, I’ve lost confidence that the developer intends to address them.
