The app works quite well overall, but there are some ongoing issues that the developer never seems to fix. After months of communication, problems such as missing SKU names in emails and faulty reports that incorrectly flag listings as having no images remain unresolved. Each time I reach out, the response is the same: “We regret to inform you that we do not have a confirmed timeline for when the issue will be resolved. Our technical team has advised that the investigation may take several weeks, and potentially longer.” These faults have been reported multiple times over the past six months, and nothing has changed. Unfortunately, I’ve lost confidence that the developer intends to address them.

Installed the app. Signed up with Mydeal for Merchant account. Mydeal team was quick to setup account how ever the app keeps showing the below message. Integration part of it hasn't started to work as yet. Not sure if someone forgot to activate the app for us after creating account. Thank you for applying to sell on MyDeal! Your store will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 2-3 business days. If you are successful MyDeal will contact you to finalise the onboarding process and seller agreement. If you have any questions in the meantime please contact sales@mydeal.com.au.

Over a year on and after a being a beta tester for the app it's probably one of the best apps on Shopify. It's pretty much faultless in every respect. The team at mydeal who developed this need a pay rise! It's incredibly simple to us, robust and logical. Well done!

6 STARS Rating - A WONDERFUL App. Works smooth, crew are helpful, easy intergration - we are very happy with this App. particularly when compared to others and their ancient back-end technology.It's easy to use and the integration with Shopify is seamless that even a basic developer-programmer can do it. We aim to do a LOT MORE Business with NEW PRODUCTS coming in a few months time. The App. saves us a lot of time as product listings, orders and shipping are now automatically synced - easy to chase, review, sort, report - I just wish my marriage was as easy :-)
