Great product and outstanding support Kickflip is a powerful and flexible product configurator. The app itself works great, but what really stands out is the support team. Whenever we had a question or ran into an issue, the Kickflip team took the time to help us properly. You can tell they genuinely care about solving the problem, not just giving quick or generic answers. They explain everything clearly, think along with you, and stay involved until everything works perfectly. It’s rare to find a team that is this patient, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile. You truly feel supported at every step. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional configurator with exceptional customer support.

It takes a while to understand how to use all the small features in Kickflip, especially if you have something super specific in mind. However, the customer service is incredible, and they are always willing to help.

Der Service ist extrem schnell und hilft einem bei jedem Problem bis es gelöst ist und die Erklärungen sind super so dass alles rasch gefunden und richtig gestellt werden kann. Der Preis ist auch total in Ordnung. Fakt: Könnte mich in keinem Punkt beschweren und kann die App nur weiterempfehlen.

Great looking app for customers, they can now easily order customizable products from us. Why 4-stars: Pretty heavy to build new products and learning curve for the app is pretty long, but it gets the work done. I hope they make updates so the product control could be more fluid in the future. Great support!

After trialling a bunch of product configuration apps we went ahead and used Kickflip. Here is my review: Firstly, the support team are GREAT and really helpful, get back to every inquiry quickly and are able to offer good advice, thanks Cindy and Elisabeth - we were able to complete our build on time with your help! The UX is very nice and clean. The logic is easy to use. I believe our project was quite a bit more complicated than some of the others in the demo store. In some instances we had to use many simple conditions because there was not an option for a complex condition. With that said, we were able to achieve absolutely everything we needed - so this is certainly not a criticism. Have read a couple of other negative reviews here and do not agree with the points they have made - our experience has been excellent throughout.

Great looking app for customers. But after Price increased a lot it is not worth anymore. There is too many hassles and bugs to make your products customizable and it is not intuitive to use. Processing customizable orders is way too slow and customers get easily confused, so we are now looking for alternative one. For example it takes many hours to make one customizable product, way too time consuming for us to keep this app. It was okay when app was lower in costs, but now the high increase in price makes it not worthy anymore.

If your store sells less than $10k USD per month in customized products, then sadly this app ISN'T for you. The Kickflip Customizer is a great add-on for my online store, and the company has improved its features over time. However, its implementation can be inflexible, and there's still room for improvement in its overall functionality. The support staff has always been helpful and has worked with me to resolve code issues. While their assistance is excellent, communication can sometimes be difficult due to different time zones. ​I had previously given the app a 5-star rating, but I've recently lowered it. This change came after I received an email from Kickflip stating that the "pay as you grow" plan was being canceled and replaced with a much higher monthly subscription plus a per-transaction fee. ​Unfortunately, this new pricing model is no longer affordable for small businesses like mine that are trying to grow their store. It's a shame to see only one pricing tier and no option for a smaller monthly fee with a higher per-transaction charge - a model that would be much better for those on the Shopify Basic plan. I also don't think the app is developed enough to justify the single tier option.
