Be Careful with My Easy Monogram – They Took My Money I’ve been using My Easy Monogram, Zonekraft, and Teelaunch together to ship my orders. I choose between them depending on where the order is going and how fast it needs to arrive. I sell to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, so I never rely on just one provider — it’s too risky. But recently, I had a terrible experience with My Easy Monogram. A customer canceled an order just 5 hours after placing it, and I contacted them right away to cancel and get a refund. They refused, even though the item wasn’t made or shipped yet. They just kept my money. That’s not right. Honestly, this felt like a scam. And I believe many of the 5-star reviews on their app are fake. My experience was the opposite — no support, no help, no refund. Since then, I’ve been relying more on Zonekraft and Teelaunch. They’re both amazing. Zonekraft ships in 1–3 days to the USA, Canada, and Europe, and they always respond quickly. If you’re selling products like metal signs, don’t put all your trust in one supplier. Use multiple providers and protect your business. You can find many great ones online — just search. My advice: avoid My Easy Monogram. Save your money.

I have been following up with My Easy Monogram regarding my order for the past 15 days, but I haven't received any proper response from them. They keep sending the same template message repeatedly. I've tried reaching out to them via email as well, but there's been no reply from their side. Neither tracking information nor any status update is showing on the store even after 30 days. Their service is extremely poor, and I am highly disappointed with the order process.
