Products and shipping are extremly cheaper if you source them on your own, then they add a fee on top of that. Products do not sync with shopify, everything you import will say "0 in stock". The "Inventory Sync" button is not accessible. They automactically pulled up products from my previous orders with another vendor (Who told them that they can access that anyways) and claim to be able to source the same products but when you click on the product's "Details" button, it sends you to error pages and tell you that you don't have access to enter that page. They clearly claim to source products that they can't. Just another middle man, find your own direct suppliers!!! Then customer service is horrible, like really have to be slow in the head! Couldn't ever get anywhere with not 1 question I ever asked! My best option was to unistall the app and move forward without them, it's more productive than wasting time in confusion! I don't even give these people 1 star!

I definitely do not recommend it! Shipping times are very long and dozens of products are lost in cargo. They don't even give refunds! stay away..

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. Your website states that you work with all countries, but unfortunately, when I contacted Ahmed, the owner, he refused to work with me without providing any valid reason. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. It appears that he discriminates between people and religions, which is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and hope that others will think twice before engaging with your company.
