Very timely and quick with responses 5/5. I would like to be able to make the cart changes myself, but I understand if that is something that has not been developed yet, or if it is something only the support team can do.

Support for previous app with similar functions was no longer supported. Switched to MultiVariants - Bulk Order and the team there has been fantastic in getting us back up and running!

The support was great - I had an issue on a Sunday night and they responded almost immediately. I was surprised and figured I would get an email the next morning. While I wasn't able to solve my current issue (due to the change in variant number by Shopify), Hector was able to give me some alternatives and offer a time to meet to work through ideas of how I could solve my problem. I was very impressed by the customer service and am happy so far!

The app works as intended and helps us list dropshippable products on our website with vendor minimums. The customer service team is responsive and helped us with some custom cart work. Overall five stars!

I have the Multivariants App and the Discount Ray App that work together for a wholesale listing. I ran into a couple issues and Discount Ray, jumped right in and got it taken care of for me. They were friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend.

Where do I start?! I had started this app when I first setup my store and I was unable to get the settings to my requirements. I cancelled once and after some time, I decided to give it another try. This time, I reached out to support for help. (I should have done this the first time) Viyana and her team did an amazing job!! Not only did I get a personalized setup video to fit my needs but even went step by step until I was able to get EXACTLY what I needed in my store! This app looks intimidating at first, but PLEASE reach out to support!! They are super helpful, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and will go beyond to make sure I was happy!! I cannot thank them enough because I can finally open my store after months of not being able to get it to run. This app deserves so many more stars!!!!
