Works fantastically! We were having issues with some resellers purchasing all of stock online before any of our other customers, leaving us empty handed. Now we have more control over how many of one item people are buying, giving us more opportunity with new customers. We love it.

The experience with this app was aweful. First, the free limit gets over quikly and their team doesn't even notify. Secondly, when you try and opt for monthly subscription, they wrongfully bill you for yearly on top of that they don't respond if you try and contact them and ask them to rectify their mistake. Won't recommend this app to anyone

Used this for product limits since Shopify does not have a native feature. It was easy to set up. I had an issue setting it up and the help team was very quick to respond and assist. This is great. My only issue is that I wish the app would prevent adding more than the allotted amount to the cart, rather than rejecting your purchase at checkout. But it does prevent purchases which is whats important.

It was good until they change the requirements for the free plan without notifying and started charging.

I reached out with a request since my Shopify theme was custom, and the team immediately jumped in to help. After a quick call with Joyce, their developer made changes right away to ensure all the order limit messages were showing correctly across the product page, cart page, and cart drawer. Communication was excellent throughout, and the support was fast and professional.

Had an issue with setting a rule up, after a customer informed me something on my site told them they couldn't add more products. Went onto live chat 6th Aug and spoke to Sophia who was great and super speedy in helping sort the rule for my shopify store. Which will now hopefully be a win for my business going forward. Glad I found an app with a free plan to allow me to set a minimum order rule for my store. Thanks again Sophia!
