Zojuist de tool geinstalleerd. Ik vloog door het menu heen omdat alles extreem goed en duidelijk omschreven was. Toch had ik was issues met het inladen van mijn afgelopen maand. Ik wilde namelijk enkel de orders die me geld op hadden geleverd inladen, en niet die freebies. Tim, van Combidesk heeft me enorm goed geholpen. Hij dacht super mee, en zonder hem had dit niet zo makkelijk gelukt. Highly recommend!!

This morning I tried to connect Shopify to Moneybird, but one way or another got a 404 error. I went to Combidesk for help, used the chat and Tim did an amazing job helping me out! He was patient, friendly and helped me step by step to get the problem (that was on my end, not because of Combidesk) fixed. He outdid himself by walking the extra mile and setup the complete settings for my Shopify / Moneybird connection as well. Works like a charm. Very happy customer here!
