So far, pretty awful. Got this app to help me migrate blog posts from my site in Squarespace to Shopify. After supposedly downloading the files, they're sort of nowhere to be found, and the process is completely stalled. I have no idea how to proceed and the live chat isn't answering for support. Guessing they prob want my money to complete the process(?) Giving this one star. It's either intuitive and easy, or it's a giant waste of my time -- feels like the latter on this one. Also, a migration site for images should be combined with watermarking, period. And should just be part of Shopify. My disappointment is oozing out into my keyboard...
