Very easy software to use. We had some additional requirements with our migration and MigrationPro were very accommodating and created custom filters for us as we had a lot of records we didn't want transferred over to our new website. Lamiya was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions about the process and about the custom filters. If we have any further migration needs we will definitely use MigrationPro. Once we established the different time zones the support from Lamiya was excellent. She was friendly, responsive and very helpful. It would be useful to know the operational hours, especially over a weekend, of the messaging service to avoid disappointment and wasted time.

There are 4 ways to move your orders over from another store to Shopify, I vigorously tried all 4 over a 48 hour period, CSV transfer options were what I thought I was going to use however the data still needed to be adjusted before I could upload and it was so time consuming. The C2C option had no reviews and I could not find good content from real users online to verify it so I finally tried Migration Pro. The migration process is so EASY and you can demo it to see what it looks like too! It is not 100% perfect, my orders did not have every single detail in them once transferred but it was the easiest out of the 4 BY FAR !!! It is not super cheap but also not that expensive so I was happy with the end result especially because I finally found an EASY solution! Top tip though, make sure any email welcome flows are turned off whether they be Shopify Flow or a third party email marketing platform. Just to be sure no customers get notifications in the process. I also made sure double checked with them that no new charges would process and they assured me they would not, great communication in the chat which I loved too - thanks guys.

I am a Shopify partner and have used MigrationPro numerous times for my clients, they always provide excellent service and it's still very affordable. I also love that you can update the data so that we can start importing, but then run another data import for missing data in between the start and end of a project.

We had the fairly laborious task of migrating two out-of-date WooCommerce stores to a new, combined store on Shopify. I'm talking 8,000+ skus with multiple variation images trapped on old WordPress plugins with outdated support. Bonus, their service meant we could import 100,000+ orders, thousands of customers and our old Blog posts too (our sites are over 20 years old), so we'll have that history on our shiny new Shopigy store. The Migration Pro team was able to help us achieve this by offering additional support/services to help us pull off a new multi-brand platform without the need for hiring web developers. Their charge for tagging the two separate brands' imports, effectively allowing us both separate and combine the results on our new site was nominal. Very happy with this app and would highly recommend their services!
