This app doesn't work at all. Every step has more and more issues and the integrations are a nightmare. I don't know how anyone could work with this platform.

I'm starting to think that the positive reviews here are fake, none of the stores seem to exist or be active any more. My experience so far is very negative and I'm wondering how other businesses could run using this platform. The mockups generation doesn't work at all, so you'll have to create all the mockups manually yourself. And depending on what kind of product variants you intend to sell, you'll have to create 2 different products just because the sizes are split in the merchOne platform. So you end up having e.g. one product in 3 sizes and another in 2 further sizes. This makes no sense from a customer perspective. These are absolute killer criteria with wich I've already lost too much time, and any other provider such as Printful, Printify or Gelato is here much better (despite being more expensive as well).
