Doug is very driven and also talented. He continues to improve the features of the APP tirelessly and respond to my request promptly. I could see the APP will be very helpful with the launch of our membership plan!

So far so good! Easy to install! Friendly and quick response from support! Douglas has been really helpful with answering questions and resolving any issues that came up.

So many great things to say about Memberply. I'll start by saying that this works with Shopify's native store credit (and therefore checkout) - this is *huge*, as it means customers can see their credit amount at checkout and in the the new customer accounts page. On top of that, they provide one of the only "fee to store credit" membership options, which is exactly what I am looking for. It makes someone getting a membership as a customer a no-brainer, and unlocks a ton of new sales. Their pricing is fair, and their support is legendary. I submitted one item on their public roadmap and it was moved to 'planned' along with a comment within 24 hours. I'll be sure to update my review in a few months, but at this stage 10/10 for sure.
