I've worked in customer service for a long time in high end 5 star hotels and also Apple. Today, I stumbled upon this app, which at first, looked daunting so I went to chat support. I was greeted by Macie who has been 5 star service since the start of our conversation. She has listened to all my questions and made sure they have been answered and with details. She has been incredibly patient with me as I have been learning the new app for my business. If people could be served all day like the way Macie has served me today, this world would be a better place! If I had a business where I were to hire staff, I would have Macie on my team in a heartbeat! Can't wait to see where this app takes our business.

I was searching for a booking app for a while and came across meety. It has all the functions I need and the support team have gone above and beyond with all my questions. I am still in the initial stage of integrating it to my website but so far so good and you can match it in and customise it well! Will know more once it is live and bookings have commenced but really happy with the app so far! Belle has been great too!

This is a new app but the team has gone above and beyond to make sure it works for my (old) theme, fixed any bugs and is also implementing some suggestions that I had to make it work well for my business. When setting up the app, the Meetly team were very helpful (shoutout to Macie!). Our theme had a conflict with the app, preventing the widget from showing, however, the team fixed that very quickly. The app is easy to use and has plenty of customisation. Highly recommend!
