Margin Guard reads what you paid for each product and what you sell it for, then checks each discount against a minimum gross margin. The discount check shows which variants stay safe, which fall under the floor, and which cannot be checked because the purchase amount is missing. When checkout protection is on, the checkout rule blocks an order that would sell below that floor. You can review products at risk, products with no purchase amount, and active discounts from the Shopify admin.
