The app syncs (2-way) shopify with airtable and it does the job flawlessly. The developers are efficient and answer your questions in a matter of an hour. I've tried all the solutions on this app marketplace, but this is the one I'm gonna stick long run. I've heard from devs that they are going to implement even a metafields managment table in Airtable. I'm gonna stay with TableLink for long time and I suggest you to do the same if you REALLY want to set and forget the shopif/airtable sync once and for all.
