We paid Luxury Distribution expecting a professional solution, but it turned into a costly mistake. Most of the items we offered through them were actually out of stock, so almost every order was cancelled. This caused us major financial losses and a lot of customer frustration. They charge high commissions while sourcing products from boutiques in Italy, but the inventory and order system just isn’t dependable. Because of how much this affected our business, we’ve taken formal legal action. I wouldn’t recommend this app based on our experience.

They source products from Italian boutiques and take a high commission, but the stock and order reliability were a big problem for us. Because of the financial damage, we have started formal legal action. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst app experiences we’ve had on Shopify.
