We paid Luxury Distribution expecting a professional solution, but it turned into a costly mistake. Most of the items we offered through them were actually out of stock, so almost every order was cancelled. This caused us major financial losses and a lot of customer frustration. They charge high commissions while sourcing products from boutiques in Italy, but the inventory and order system just isn’t dependable. Because of how much this affected our business, we’ve taken formal legal action. I wouldn’t recommend this app based on our experience.

We paid Luxury Distribution a high amount expecting a reliable service, but most of the products we sold turned out to be out of stock. Almost all customer orders had to be cancelled, and we lost a lot of money as a result. They source products from Italian boutiques and take a high commission, but the stock and order reliability were a big problem for us. Because of the financial damage, we have started formal legal action. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst app experiences we’ve had on Shopify.

I’ve tried a few apps before, but Luxury Distribution stands out. Clean interface, fast syncing, and no hidden issues.

​We had a disappointing experience with this app. Despite working with the company for some time, every order we placed was out of stock, leading to significant losses in advertising expenses and the fees they charged. When we requested a refund for the app fees, our request was denied. We advise others to be cautious before using this service.​

The app is great, the product catalog is amazing, shipping is fast and return process is smooth. We would have definitely continued working with LD, but decided to uninstall the app, because of the VAT 22% they charge us on every order. We work also with other dropshipping companies from Italy and normally you don't get charged a VAT if you are a business customer (according to EU regulation). We tried to communicate the issue with LD, but there is still no clarity on that. Unfortunately.

This app is great and easy to use! Even as a non-technical person, I find it simple to navigate. The catalog mostly features current-season items, making it easier to sell products that are in demand. Customer support is excellent; they are always willing to answer questions. While the subscription is a bit high, the time it saves is significant, making it well worth the cost. Highly recommend!!!
