I work for a kitchen shop with growing online sales and I needed a tool to make better informed decisions. I downloaded Lucky Orange because it has the heatmap tool, which I really wanted to start using. But in addition, it has lots of other measuring tools and resources that will be beneficial to our small business. This app was really quick to get integrated to my site, before having the app I used have an idea what customers liked, but after getting this app I was able to see certain products / styles of products that people did not click into much. Heat map also gave good indication on what pages I should focus on improving.

Justin, the Lucky Orange rep, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly helped me review the latest updates and shared some great tips and best practices so that I could make the most out of the app. Being a Shopify Plus member I learned that we have even more features available to us, which is a huge bonus!
