So far I've had a great experience using Lucky Orange with my shopify store. It's helped me to learn about user behavior on my site and has already led to making adjustments to address issues that I've observed. The ability to view individual user behavior as they click on pages, links or scroll through a page has been invaluable for helping me to approach my site design in a new way. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an onboarding call and was helped by Emilia. She was very helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was able to set up and measure my website funnel, heat maps, scroll maps, and surveys. Unfortunately, the tool is limited if you don't have Shopify Plus which allows you to track checkout page user interactions.

The Experience has been great, i've been able to follow my clients on my page and been able to tell where dead spots or boring information is, without Lucky orange I wouldn't have.

We use this app daily for our online solar store, CDN Solar www.cdnsolar.ca This is a must-have for analyzing website activity! Justin from the support team answered our questions right away and has been incredibly helpful. Highly recommend it!

We recently migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify, and we applied what we learned about our customer's behavior on BC to our Shopify store design. Our developers appreciated we had the app in place, and I think it made our page design process easier. Well worth connecting this app to learn more about your customer behavior, and we will continue to use as we review the design changes on our store site.
