We're pretty impressed with the level of insight it provides in a very user friendly way. We've developed the site in house and the ease of use is excellent. We learn more with every session.

Lucky Orange hilft definitiv, das Nutzerverhalten zu verstehen und den Onlineshop basierend darauf zu optimieren. Das Dashboard ist übersichtlich. Einzig die begrenzte Anzahl der getrackten Sitzungen pro Monat finde ich ein bisschen ärgerlich.

Helpful and informative app

Emilia was so helpful and fast!!

Lucky Orange is by far one of the greatest apps I have used for my business. It has helped me recognize vulnerabilities in my conversion optimization to increase sales overall. I feel few apps on Shopify are worth the money, but Lucky Orange is by far the best. If you're sales are suffering and you don't know why, Lucky Orange will tell you. The recordings are amazing and do not slow your store down. 10/10 recommend for any e-commerce business.

Amazing it is so useful

BEWARE. Don't hit your limit, any data on your account is inaccessible (including history) making the app useless. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. There's a no refund policy, so once the transaction goes through, your money is gone. Since I hit the limit in a day (not realizing anything and everything is counted towards the sessions), I have literally a day each month to see my data and then it's gone. Trapped for a year in this scenario. The bad experience does not incentivize me to upgrade, as I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It's not worth it.

This is one of the best on site analytics tools I've come across. Tons of useful features that you'd usually have to download multiple tools to get from, plus super user friendly interface. It is the must have analytics tool for Shopify store owners!
