Easy to learn and use, great customer service, quick at-a-glance findings

I'm yet to have an official onboarding call where I can understand the full benefits of lucky orange. but already through my minimal understanding I have been able to understand how people are navigating through my website and at what point they are likely to leave before checking out. I'm excited to keep using lucky orange. It's like a crystal ball into what's working for customers and what's not so you can make improvements and track results.

If you’re not using this yet, you’re missing out. I first thought it was just for basic heatmaps, but the level of detail and insights you can get are incredibly valuable.

We had a great onboarding call with Justin from Lucky Orange. He was incredibly helpful and clear in explaining how the platform works. He took the time to walk us through the key features and made sure we understood how to get the most out of the tool. Really appreciated his expertise and he had no problems answering any of my questions!

Pretty solid app, few minor faults here and there like the live watching, but still very helpful regardless!

Does the job, even if the sign in process, etc is a little bit useless, the global feature is good and very useful for ecom store optimization.
