This is the best loyalty and rewards app when you're just starting. These guys give you almost all the features for up to 50 orders per month - FOR FREE!!! This is crucial when you're on a budget and just starting. After crossing 50 orders a month, hell yeah we'll pay!!! On top of that, their live chat support was there within a minute and I got all the answers I needed super fast. Highly recommend 100%!!!

購入金額に応じたポイント付与や、会員ランクによるポイント付与率の変更、様々なアクションに応じたポイント付与ができるので、様々なキャンペーンに対応できそうです。 ウィジェットの編集などもわかりやすく、テンプレートもあるのでとても使いやすいです。会員ランクのアイコンなども数種類から選べます。 様々なプログラムが設定できる分、初期の設定を事前に確認と検討しておく必要があると感じました。 気になる点：たまったポイントを割引として利用する場合は、一度クーポンに変換する必要があるのでお客様の手間が発生します。 特に良かった点：サポート体制が素晴らしいです！不明点や問題が発生した際にサポートへ問い合わせしたところ、迅速（1-4日以内）かつ柔軟に対応していただけました。 サポートしてくださったMariadelさんとKimさんに心より感謝申し上げます。 翻訳アプリを使用してくださっているため、サポートへの問い合わせは日本語でも大丈夫でした。
