Great support. Got timely answers and help with getting locks and and redirects setup. This program accomplishes locking entire collections to authorized users only. With out this program a separate Shopify site would be required. Well worth the low annual price.

The app makes it very easy to set-up a lock for a collection and the customer support was very fast and very helpful! UPDATE: 2 weeks after setting up my lock, the lock was changed to apply to my whole store, it then was automatically disabled (without any notification). I attempted to fix this and as soon as I open the lock to edit I am given a message saying "upgrade to access these features". Total scam. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

After trying other (well known) site lock apps - I'm very happy I chose Lock Pro. Super easy to install and set up. For my additional queries, support was on hand ASAP and my questions understood, answered and actioned as potential future functionality. I highly recommend :) UPDATE: LockPro added the additional functionality immediately into their app so that I could hide my content (a video reel upgrade) in an already locked page with possibility of locking more content behind my paywall. This looks great on my website! I received a video tutorial to help set it up; although it was easy to do. I have zero complaints.

The backend is incredibly user-friendly and does exactly what I was looking for. The support team is fantastic! Sophia, in particular, is always quick to respond and resolve any issues or questions I have. Highly recommend!
