It seems that the application itself is good, but there is absolutely no customer support. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional, didn’t even know what features the app has or doesn’t have, and had no idea how to set up a basic trigger to send an email when an order is placed. She even gave the impression that she was doing me a favor just by responding. I have worked with delivery apps from other companies that were eager to help, offered real solutions, and made me feel supported. Here, it feels like customer service simply doesn’t matter to them.
