Listrak is an excellent partner. Intuitive platform to use. It's easy to get your SMS and email subscribers enrolled through pop ups, landing pages, etc. Campaigns (triggered, broadcast, etc.) are simple to build and can be sent to the right audiences at the right time. Their team is with you all the way to give advice, feedback, and support to help your programs succeed.

We have used Listrak for email for several years now because we love how customizable it is. The customer support is also wonderful! Our dedicated Customer Success Manager, and the support staff through their direct chat feature, seems to respond almost immediately. We are able to do pretty much anything we can imagine with email because their team is willing to help us to figure out how to do things that may be a bit more technically difficult. The amount of data they ingest and allow us to utilize is also so great that we've been able to use them + Shopify, while not having to purchase an additional CDP. Other businesses may be different, but the point is, their data, reporting, and segmentation abilities are everything we've needed.

The overall competence of everyone we worked with gave me confidence in transitioning four different brands simultaneously. Our Project Manager provided a roadmap and weekly status updates on our progress. When any questions arose, she immediately responded with follow-up steps and solutions. Listrak's technical team handled the integration with Shopify and the data passing to Listrak. It was critical to have Listrak's help building templates and the logic for automated journeys inside our four separate accounts.
