Ich habe die APP in der letzten Woche eingerichtet. Hatte einige Fragen an den Entwickler, die wurden sofort beantwortet. Alles auch Deutsch, was bei Shopify ja sonst oft ein Problem ist. Wir haben noch nie auf Ebay verkauft, mit der APP ist das jetzt einfach möglich. Nach zwei Tage waren 7 Bestellungen im Shop, alle über Ebay. Wir haben nicht mit einem so guten Start gerechnet.

At first, I wasn't able to use this app effectively. But after contacting customer support and following their advice, I realized it's a really good app. The price is reasonable, and it met all our needs. I recommend it.

Excellent technical support and smooth performance. I had an issue at first, but the owner worked with me directly and got everything syncing perfectly. You rarely see support like this with apps. I also appreciate that it lets me keep eBay as the main database and pull items into Shopify, since I usually list through the eBay app. You can run it the other way too, but this is the only app I found that supports my preferred workflow. Marketplace Connect doesn’t. Five stars.

Took a bit of time to get things working as we needed but Timo fully supported us. The company will work with you until the integration is right and to your satisfaction. We now have 4000+ listings on eBay all created and managed via the eBay Sync with Shopify.

Great team behind this app - I have had trouble finding one that does exactly what i need and automates as much as possible. I reached out to the team with my needs and within 2-3 days they had everything i needed complete and fully working. I tried all of the other apps and none are as good as this.. If you think it doesnt hit your needs i strongly recommend you reach out to the team. Big shout out to Timo who is very fast at replying and went above and beyond to get me setup!

After encountering a minor technical issue unrelated to the app itself, the developer proactively reached out and provided a solution without any prompting on my part. What the app is supposed to do and the possibility to have the developer(s) customize the app for my specific needs sounds awesome. Having tens of thousands of of SKUs and not being able to confidently sync inventory without dealing with overselling among other issues is just not a headache I want to deal with. It's possible that they will fix these issues in the future, but at this time it's simply unusable as it doesn't do what it advertises it does.

This is an updated review from my earlier feedback. Support did help at the beginning then they stopped replying. The app is littered with bugs, it will deduct more than that has sold which can cause over selling in either marketplace. Often it would not update at all so this had to be manually done. There is a lot better out there for a similar price.
