COMPLETE MESS! We’ve been customers of Leat (formerly known as Piggy) for over a year. From the beginning, I was dealing directly with David, who seemed helpful and promising. However, things quickly went downhill once real issues began to surface. I hired my own team to test their entire system, and they uncovered a shocking number of bugs and limitations. After raising these concerns, David stopped responding and handed us over to someone new who clearly had no understanding of the situation. I spent over €2,000 and nearly two months of my team’s time trying to fix problems that were caused by their system - and despite all our efforts, it still didn’t work. They had promised a seamless integration with Lightspeed, which turned out to be completely false. You still have to use everything through their own app. The design of the web integration is also a disaster, but that’s the least of the problems. When I finally decided to cancel the contract - after a year of wasted time and money - I was told on a call, “We just launched a new app four months ago, it’s a complete game changer!” That statement was beyond frustrating. David originally told me there was no contract and I could cancel anytime. But when I tried to cancel, I was informed there’s a 12-month notice period, and apparently, it’s actually a 24-month contract. Total bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, I spent over a month trying to cancel the account, sending multiple emails. Despite this, they continued to charge me. When I asked for a refund, they simply said it wasn’t possible. That is the reason I’m leaving this review - because after months of trying to resolve things fairly and privately, I was ignored, overcharged, and misled. I don’t want others to fall into the same trap. In short: be very careful. The product does not do what they claim. The pricing may seem reasonable, but you're paying for a broken system, unresponsive support, and false promises. Most of their glowing reviews are likely fake.
