Deceptive pricing, poor customer service and outdated tech. LeadDyno's pricing is overly complex, arbitrarily tiered and based on too many things. We recently found out that we're subject to insane overage fees (0.05 / visitor) based on the number of monthly unique website visitors. This is NOT stated in the pricing tiers when viewing LeadDyno in the Shopify App Store. Billing and overages are only accessible by logging in to the LeadDyno dashboard and going to Account > Plan & Payments. Only then could we see that we would be charged hundreds of dollars in overage fees. Rather than simply auto-update our pricing plan (which would've been a much smaller cost than overage fees) or actively reach out during our billing cycle to help us avoid surprise fees, LeadDyno charges merchants ridiculous fees and attempts to hide it from store owners. I reached out to LeadDyno support, asking for a refund of the excessive fees and hoping to upgrade our plan (pay them more long term!). Given we've been a customer for years, I was hoping they'd help us solve this and stay a long term partner. Instead customer service was unapologetic and only offered us a credit towards our first month if we upgraded to an annual Unlimited plan. This is their most expensive plan which would've been overkill for our store and required a large upfront payment that we can't afford at the moment. I would NOT recommend LeadDyno to anyone. The tech is poorly built, the design is outdated, the customer service sucks and most of all, the pricing model is deceptive + not designed to be friendly to the majority of ecommerce merchants who experience strong seasonality.

Don't use this app! LeadDyno charges by WEBSITE visitors - so if you're working with affiliates in addition to running ads, you'll get charged for ALL the website visits regardless if it came from an affiliate. My plan unexpectedly jumped from $49 to $129 due to lots of traffic to my site that was from Facebook ads NOT necessarily from affiliate traffic. There's so many other affiliate apps out there that charge more fairly.

I worked with Leaddyno from 2015 through early 2023 and honestly, it has been a nightmare the entire time. It's difficult to articulate all of the reasons why, but I'll give a brief overview. Leaddyno will charge you according to how much traffic comes to your site, regardless of how much is driven by affiliates (unfair). It is impossible to tell how many sales came through affiliates, vs overall sales. There is no connection to affiliate marketplaces where potential affiliates can find you. And now, despite having cancelled my subscription in March, I found out that the app has been erroneously billing me $49 per month for an "uninstalled" version. I almost never have this level of disdain for a company, but Leaddyno has truly let me down at every turn. Mind boggling that they are still in business.

LeadDyno is a great Affiliate Marketing App that has helped us run our business efficiently and effectively. We also are very happy with the companies customer service which was fast and efficient in resolving any issues that we had! Highly recommend.

Leaddyno has been very easy to setup and the support is always ready to assist with any questions. Testing the function is very easy, and the potential for affiliate growth and production has our startup very excited. You cannot beat the price for this type of specialized service.

After two unsuccessful attempts with other affiliate schemes we chose LeadDyno for a few reasons. The Shopify integration is really quick and easy - no programming required and you're off and running with the setup of schemes within minutes. The LeadDyno website gave me comprehensive information about the product in order to make an informed decision to install it without having to contact the company directly. There's also a tiered scheme which I needed as I have affiliates who refer each other and each get different percentages in commission. It is also a fixed price per month which we like.

I have to say this is one of the best built, designed, and functional apps in the Shopify App Store. If you are a competitor of mine do not use this app, if you are not I cannot recommend it enough. It is a must have app on your shopify site. They have made connecting LeadDyno to Shopify a breeze. Just add, click except in shopify and done! Now spend the quality time needed building all of the relationship materials and connections with the people that will help drive new business to your site, monitor the effects, modify and repeat.

Super quick & easy to set up. Took a little while to figure out - once I got the hang of it, it literally takes 2 minutes to add another affiliate. Very easy to pay affiliates through one-click paypal process, simple dashboard for affiliates. Couldn't be easier!

I came across LeadDyno a couple of months ago when i was unhappy with my existing referral partner software. After an easy integration i found the software really easy to use and their custom affiliate dashboard looked great too. As i built out my dashboard with banners and emails we encountered a few bugs but these guys were right onto it and provided a 5 star customer service for me (and was on the other side of the world from them, so they had to do out of hours calls and skype). When i started digging in to the software even more i found a whole other area where it tracked leads and customers, where they were referring from and it now highlights areas on the web where my business is being talked about and i am able to participate or flag for later marketing opportunities. The payment system is super easy to use too.my referral partners are stoked. cant recommend it enough.
