I am a novice when it comes to websites and found the page builder easy to use. I did have some difficulties but the chat feature solved all my issues. I was using Images that were suitable and Thomas on the chat feature talked me through the problem and how to fix it.

This page builder is super useful and very easy to use. I have came across minor inconveniences but Duke is always available to help solve my issues, even ones that are out of his control or may not even be caused to due this software! Customer Service is top notch! I'm really tech savvy and have made lots of sites over the years. Installed this app and loved the options. However, one section wasn't showing on the site the same as it was on the editor/draft page. I logged into the Chat service, got a rep within seconds and in less than a couple minutes Duke found the issue and fixed it. I almost couldn't believe it! If I hadn't gotten that help, I probably would have moved to a different app for layouts. That fast assistant made a customer out of me!!

This is one of the best free apps that anyone could add to their store! It's easy to use and customize. If encounter any obstacles, the support team is ALWAYS (24/7) ready to support. I have jumped in the chat and had someone assist me within seconds. This is a great app to get your site started with a few enhanced webpages and then to go the route of the paid version when you're ready to scale the content of your site. LayoutHub is good for anyone to use!
