Description

Prevent buyers from entering non-Latin/English characters in the shipping address fields at checkout

Some shipping carriers and international fulfillment centers can't fulfill orders if the shipping address contains non-Latin or non-English characters. This can be an issue for merchants as they cannot ship the items to their customers, and consequently end up having to cancel orders. Sometimes items get shipped, only to be returned later by the carrier. This can be costly for sellers and a hassle for buyers. The app helps prevent the issue by only allowing pre-set acceptable characters.
