The customization possibilities within the quiz is really extensive and exactly what we needed. Further customization with their CSS coding is also very easy. Besides that their customer service is really top notch and very helpful. The initial cost is higher than some other online quiz apps, but the analytics and the customization was worth it for us. Would highly recommend the app.

The Lantern app, within itself, is awesome. Very easy to use. There is a good FAQ section, and they also have a YouTube channel that demonstrates how to use the app. But, hands down, Lantern has the best customer service EVER! If you have any questions or issues, the staff is quick to respond!

great app to use to build out an elaborate skin care quiz to help engage my potential customers and collect emails. I was about to contact support late after 12am and receive a response very fast when i needed help to embed a video before my quiz results so that I could also offer an additional paid service after my customers completed the quiz. that way i would have collected emails for my list and give a paid offer besides my product recommendations! Jandy was super nice, very supportive, very detailed in his steps on how i needed to embed the video to my dynamic content box. it was easy to follow the steps and it worked immediately! would definitely recommend this app to other small business owners who want to create lead magnets to build their email list.
