Contraté la suscripción básica de Langify, pero decidí desinstalarla al día siguiente debido a su mal funcionamiento. Sin embargo, me han cobrado a pesar de no haber utilizado la aplicación. Solicito una aclaración sobre el motivo de este cobro y exijo el reintegro del importe cobrado indebidamente. Aprecio una pronta solución por parte del equipo de soporte.

The application is useless – it’s extremely slow. Translating several thousand products in multiple language versions is practically impossible with it.

I purchased the app and added three languages, but despite this, the automatic translation does not start. There is no visible button to initiate the translation, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. I have paid for the service, yet it is not functioning as expected. Very disappointed with this experience—it feels like a waste of money.

Doesn't translate everything on other apps that you have to use within shopify. Doesn't work with for example Judge.me review app or Pagefly. It translates part of the text and then skips an entire section for no reason. No matter what I do it doesn't work. The other thing is that they don't have a chat support. An app this big and pricy really should invest some of that cash in a chat support. I mean, even a small company like ours have a dedicated chat support.

Extremely slow, no integration with Pagefly and 'static section' is connected to 1 theme, so for development it's a nightmare. Support is friendly.
