Thank you! 5 star rating - saved me so much time, amazing honestly! I spoke with Emily and she was so helpful. There was no waiting time, and she sent me screenshots and provided me with even extra information to help me resolve my issue. communication between us was so clear and she was very patient, i didn't know what to expect as it is a chat box but i could tell Emily was on to it and looking for a solution the whole time.
