I’ve been using Kintsugi for nearly a year, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. Before Kintsugi, filing Florida Sales Taxes quarterly was a nightmare. Now, with Kintsugi, the entire process is automated, and I no longer worry about sales and use tax! I connected my Shopify store with just one click, enrolled in AutoFile, and linked my Business Certificate.

I’m still in the trial phase, but so far, Kintsugi has exceeded my expectations. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. I’m excited to see how it continues to help my business.

Kintsugi is a lifesaver for online sellers. It links into Amazon (and Shopify and PayPal for eBay) to identify all sales and returns to each specific state, right down to the city for each sale! It even backdates the data for you for Tax Nexus purposes. I have no idea how long this would have taken me without Kintsugi. Also, their support is fantastic.

Takes away a huge stress point for a small business. Filing sales tax in every required state isn’t exactly a strength for a solo entrepreneur.

I really love Kintsugi. The setup takes some time, but once enrolled in Auto-filing, you’ll be amazed. Auto-filing with 19 states is not cheap, but it’s less expensive than having an accounting team do the filing for you. Thank you, Kintsugi!
