We've had a great experience with Justuno. The company is much more than a tech solution - although the technology is great. The team really works with you in a consultative way and they do everything they can to help you succeed. It's totally different than most of the tech solution companies we've worked with where you pay for the tech and that's basically it. We really enjoy working with the team and value their insights.

JustUno has been a great solution for guiding customers where we want them on our site and capturing leads. I especially enjoy working with both Miranda and Travis on some complicated workarounds and special creative projects. They are extremely responsive, knowledgable, and always friendly. :) We have seen great results and our customers have been taking action thanks to these workflows. I suddenly started getting weekly emails for my "reports" despite not even having this app installed. If I did install it, it was probably a couple years ago. Why the sudden emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from? I emailed support asking to have my account deleted every week that I received this email about 4 times. No answer. No help. Just continued emails every single Monday I could not opt out of. I had to install this app just to delete my account finally and figured I'd also warn anyone who despises annoying emails and zero support to try another app.

Highly recommend Justuno they have created some really effective flows. I also had the pleasure of working with Miranda in their managed services program who worked with me to create unique pop ups.

JustUno was very helpful in lowering our abandoned cart rate and driving additional revenue throughout the entire website flow. Miranda, my contact there was great. She was super responsive, and attentive and was able to fix every problem I encountered.

Horrible experience. This app used to work for us, now it is super glitchy. It will take you hours to build anything custom and even once you get it right it doesn't save! So you do the work 4x over and waste the better chunk of your day. On top of that, once it is live, it keeps turning itself off for no reason. Which is terrible because I sent out an email and SMS promoting our Halloween promotion. Now customers are calling us complaining that they don't see a discount. I have to check it every 30 minutes to make sure it's still live! I will give credit to their support team. They have been responsive and as helpful as they can be, just the app itself is terrible. Don't waste your time or energy.
