Joy Subscription is an incredible app that really simplifies the management of subscriptions on Shopify. With its intuitive features, I was able to customize subscriptions for my site with ease. I am currently building a new Shopify website and as I choose and install apps, I see how important prompt and clearly communicated support is to keep the momentum going and the stress at bay. I downloaded the app and had issues because of the theme I had in my store. I reached out to the online 24/7 customer service and received help right away. Alyssa was the best! I granted her the access she needed and she came back saying they had to do it a little differently, but all was working. It looked like it should. I asked some follow-up questions as to pausing & cancellations and received the info I needed. She even sent visuals! I am so happy I picked this app for my subscription box. Alyssa is quick & knowledgeable. Wonderful experience all around.
