Unfortunately I have to change my previous review. I was really happy that I found this app and that the support was helping with all of the small errors. For some reason the guys from the support team just disappeared and I can't get to them for over two weeks now and because of that I'm loosing money because I can't lunch my website. This is my last effort to get in contact with you and to get your attention.

App suddenly stopped working. No support to help. I'm not the only one with this experience. Don't pay for this

Same as previous reviews... We use this app to list part of our stock in our online store. As of today, the app has gone offline, all efforts to reach support failed and we're left in the dark AND MY SHOP OFFLINE. None of our products can be purchased even though only 10% of our products are using Jewelry Solutions. We are losing customers and revenue because of this and would not recommend this to anyone. A significant amount of work went into listing with this App, so deleting it and starting over is another big loss.

I use this app to list all my stock in my online store the app has gone offline and all efforts to reach support failed they have simply abundant this app and left the customers in the dark and my shop offline. I have lost many customers because of this and would not recommend this to anyone.

Jewelry solutions makes integrating products from other vendors a breeze while making my mom and pop site feel like it can compete with the big guys. Back end use is also easy and customizable .. thank you for being a great support tool.

I am writing this review in hoping to get in contact with this company. I have email multiple times and get meet with a response saying my question is being review. But no actual response. Then when i try again the email gets kicked back to me. I would love to use this product but I am unable to use the company I want to use through them. I love this app! It was SUPER easy to install and integrate with my website. As a retailer, I was able to connect with a wholesaler I use. Instead of uploading the products one by one, I clicked on a list of products I wanted to add and they were in my list of products. I then specified the collections I wanted them to go in and voila! They are now on my website. The support team was awesome. I had the app integrated in less than 10 minutes.
