Reported issued was resolved very switfly and Mia was very quick in explaining the issue and provided the solution very switfly.

We had a discrepancy between Shopify orders and Falcon invoices, but Mohammad resolved it quickly, along with a small tax display issue. Overall, it’s a good app that works well and offers good support.

Invoices are extremely customisable through an easy-to-use interface. I've been using them for a few years now and the last year or so they have performed very reliably (previous to that there was the odd syncing error). Customer service is happy to help with any questions / issues, I have contacted them twice now and they were friendly and fast.

Great solution for sending PDF invoices not offered by shopify. Occasionally updates cause minor bugs but the support team responds quickly and correct issues extremely quickly (every time it has been minutes not even hours). Great support!

We required a unique change to Invoice Falcon as an Australian business to remove the VAT field. I requested the change and within a few business days the team had updated their software to make it possible as they understood our business requirement. We have had issues with the app showing that customers still owe .01 after fully paying for their order. This isnt the end of the world but we have customers asking if they need to pay that .01, etc. so we reached out to invoice falcon support multiple times with examples of the issue, asking for help to resolve it and did not hear back so we have now uninstalled and replaced it with order printer pro.

Really useful app. I needed it to create quotes for my shop. Very simple to use. Also I had a positive engagement from the slcustomer service side after I encounter a set up issue.
