This app does way more than it should. 1. White glove setup and training. 2. Customized for your specific case. 3. The developer actually listens. 4. Install now to lock this cheaper rates. -Setup- Eric asked me what I was looking to achieve and we discussed what we wanted to sync and which way. Once I understood he literally copied all the product over and setup the sync settings. I didn't have to setup anything beyond creating an account! -Different Need for Different Users- While talking to Eric I saw him look over at another screen and realized that he had a huge amount of options he could customize on his end. He said his main concern was to keep it as safe as possible so a customer couldn't accidently make a major mistake with some of the more powerful options under the hood. It makes sense. I would rather the people who built it set it up. Especially with the excellent customer support I have received. -Listens to Feedback. Built for store owners- In speaking with Eric I realized he is one of those rare people who put customers first. He understand why businesses need to use his app and has shaped his apps around the end user. His whole app has been shaped by customer feedback and he's about to overhaul the front end of the app. He has been spending most of his time solving the problems we face and has a great product. He's working on making a better user experience for new and existing users. -This app is worth way more than you pay- I can only guess but I would charge more for this. He said something about keeping existing customers going with all the bells and whisles and maybe making different versions for the new customers. I am glad I installed before this app gets too popular. Install it now. This app is likely going in for a huge overhaul and you want to lock in the price while you can so you can get every feature. Even if you are late the the party the app always overdelivers but right now the price is a steal.

This app has been crucial to our success with multiple Shopify branded stores. We have developed a solid relationship with Eric, and he is always there for any help to answer questions. We weren't sure how to set up the application at first, but Eric has been amazing in helping to explain how everything works. He keeps us up to date with new features and truly values a customer! The application successfully clones products in a matter of seconds.

Haven't used the app much. But that's because we don't have to. Synkro keeps our inventory accurate across all of our Shopify stores in real time 24/7. We just set it and forget it. Updating inventory via a csv file is supported. Which is very helpful for us since we use QuickBooks Desktop. The app can also clone products and keep other info in sync. We have yet to use that feature but we are confident it will work flawlessly. And finally, customer support is amazing.

Synkro has been an extremely helpful tool for keeping track of our inventory in multiple stores. Eric got us set up really quickly when a previous service we were using stopped working and patiently answered all of our questions during setup. Synkro ended up being a much more efficient tool and we can feel confident about the inventory updating correctly.

This app does exactly what we need it to do and so much more. This app gives you the flexibility of customizing exactly what you want to sync, whether that be inventory via barcodes (and nothing more) or the ability to drill down and sync very specific product data. It is a wonderful app for folks who have both a retail site and a wholesale site. It allows you to work a two way inventory sync, but have different information on the product pages, relevant to your customer type. Eric has by far the best customer service I have experienced in quite a long time. He has been patient with us in clarifying the best ways our business could use this app. The one on one service is quite extraordinary. We will be lifelong users of this application and we couldn't recommend it more highly. Our sincere hope is that this development company will expand their suite of apps so we can use them for all of our application needs. We would use them for everything if we could, the app functionality, interface and customer service is that outstanding.

I never write reviews, but Synkro was a total game changer for us. As the owner of multiple region-specific D2C and B2B stores, Synkro has saved us a LOT of time by keeping both our products and collections in sync across the board. Overall the functions are perfect and I recommend the free 30-minute introductory meeting to get a first overview and support by the first steps. Haven´t had such professional, quick, and friendly support for a long time. The way of dealing with customers and their challenges is more than outstanding above all even compared with all the other support we got over the last few years from other suppliers. It has been a year-long journey searching for the perfect multi-store app, and we think we've finally found it! Far easier and far more intuitive than anything else we've tried, and the customer service has been incredible. Early on, we flagged an issue we were having with certain types of orders syncing, and Eric responded within 12 hours and had the solution created within a couple of days.
