Like many companies we have a complex catalog with bundles and multiple products being packed together or ones that can only be packaged alone. We found this app to work well and create very accurate shipping rates to capture more sales and make it more affordable for the customer. It took some tuning for it to be integrated but nothing that the average person can't handle! If we had questions the team at Intuitive Shipping was very responsive and helpful. Clear communication from a company is key. We will continue to use this service!

Great personal help with setup and runs trouble free. On the few instances where I have contacted support I have gotten fast, personal responses from them with solutions - not excuses. Our site can process hundreds of orders a week and this app has been rock solid.

This is a terrific app that has tackled all our needs! It's a simple tool with the ability to handle complex rules and despite a high learning curve at times, I've found they have good doc guidelines and an even better support team who have been available at short notice to jump on calls or discuss in-depth and promptly via email. This is a top tier app that handles extremely complex shipping requirements with ease. The app itself is a masterclass in design and functionality, the support documentation that is included is excellent and the customer support is the best you could ever ask for. My requirements were fairly complex and had to factor in many variables and I ended up needing a bit of help getting across the finish line and Paul from their support team was patient, responsive, and conveyed the information in a manner that was easy to follow and understand. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or as a burden. 10/10 for the app and support, and easily worth every penny of the subscription. Quite literally can't express how impressed I am with this app and the team behind it.
