Intuitive Shipping support was exceptionally helpful to fixing the UPS senerio changeover. I was having difficulty getting it switched over. The support team made a quick video showing me what I had to do. Within no time I had it fixed and working on our website.

We use Intuitive for both of our stores, one wholesale and one retail. Each store has its own shipping complexities and Intuitive has everything required to fulfill the needs of each store. I wouldn't use any other shipping app after using Intuitive. Highly recommended, if not mandatory, for stores that want to seriously take control of their shipping operations. Thanks Intuitive!

Most important, this app works flawlessly for a variety of shipping scenarios and modes - flat rate, carrier rate, multi-pack etc. Very cool. Second, the support from the IS team is really exceptional! In the 3 years we've used IS, we've needed help configuring new features, they're right on it, and have always delivered - pretty awesome app!!!

This is a fantastic app and team! Before we even started paying for the app, we had several email threads and video calls with a support team member to help us make sure we set up everything correctly. This app helps us make regional zones that include different shipping rates and costs. It easily connected with our ShipStation account to pull in the correct shipping options. We've been very happy with this app! We aim to provide transparent information to our customers regarding shipping dates, delivery dates, etc. This app has been instrumental in that regard. Additionally, the ability to calculate the ideal carton size and provide shipping quotes accordingly is absolutely essential now that carriers are using dimensional weight. It's especially important for costly expedited methods. Finally, support is top notch! Inquiries are answered promptly and they most always have a solution for something we're looking to accomplish.

We have different shipping options for different products and Intuitive Shipping works perfectly for our needs. You can also add different shipping options for a short period of time which have found helpful. Customer Service has also been great when we've had a query and needed help with any scenario. Thoroughly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about this app, it has been able to do everything we need it to. It handles our product specific handling costs perfectly and is able to provide our carrier rates. When we reached out to the developer with a question they were super responsive and helpful.

From day 1 Intuitive Shipping has been wonderful to work with. They have a lot of customization options, we didn't think there would be an app out there to meet our exact needs but they made it happen. There support is top tier and better than practically any other app we use on Shopify. They offer they're time to get on zoom with you and go over anything you need, even setting it up for you. I had tried at least five other shipping apps before stumbling upon Intuitive Shipping—WOW! This app has been amazing. It integrates seamlessly with not only Shopify but also ShipStation. It has streamlined our different pricing methods and made our shipping cost calculations much more accurate. It has also allowed us to offer free shipping scenarios that differentiate between various carriers and product lines. What has been so refreshing is the customer support. I was able to speak with a real, live person who helped me set up our shop. They were incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. I truly felt like a valued customer because the representative took the time to understand my needs and then helped me customize the app to fit our unique business model. I am so happy I stumbled upon this app—it has saved me a lot of hassle and is also user-friendly. While the app is a bit more expensive than others I tried, the superb customer service makes it well worth the investment. Plus, I didn’t find any other apps that integrate with ShipStation. The best customer service bar none for Shopify apps.

This app just works. You can set it and forget it, or you can tweak and change to your heart's content. The tutorials are easy to use and it is super-easy to schedule a screenshare meeting with their team. I've met with two different support techs and they were both incredibly talented and attentive to my needs. I've never felt like they want me to adopt their way of thinking, they always listen to my goal and help me use the software to achieve that goal. Give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose.

The app works as expected and whilst it has it's complexities, it accomplishes all that is required. The Customer Service is also very helpful on answering queries, helping you set up new scenarios etc.

It gives us a lot of control over complex shipping rules (country restrictions by product, multiple boxes, shipping from multiple locations, etc). Not only is the product great, but the customer service is incredible! The team helped me work through different scenarios, logic through different options, and get the app up and running smoothly! They really made sure it was exactly what we needed.
