Absolutely incredible product and team. They've helped us so many times—truly a no-brainer to use Intelligems for AB testing. They do it all!

Really an excellent app, so easy to use and capable of so many crucial tests - all easily done within the app (no need for coding or tech skills). They have really awesome dashboards - I love the depth of data they show and all the graphs. Really an A++ app - I really did a lot of research to find the best one here and also the pricing is much more reasonable than the others. The pricing is always worth it because what you learn makes you so much more in profits.

nothing wrong with the app, but the support has not been good at all. I had upgraded to the 1k plan since we were doing some price testing. after the price test was done i wanted to downgrade the plan, for some reason it woudnt let me downgrade even after stopping every test that was included for the 1k plan. after asking them to downgrade, they confirmed they will downgrade. after 2 months of not checking it i saw it was still not downgraded, i asked them why it was still not downgraded, they mentioned something about me not confirming it.. then i asked them again to downgrade it after checking another month IT Is still not downgraded and i simply just deleted the app. i have been paying multiple month for a plan i wasnt using. and they keep billing me the full amount, after asking for a refund they just refused...

Super innovative and professional app. What I like about them is that, unlike other apps that create their software and then stop updating it, Intelligems keeps adding new features that make A/B testing easier and improve performance. Bait and switch. It says $99 per month on Shopify, but when you download it, the lowest available plan is $199 per month.

Loved this app and specially the support team access we get when we purchase the annual plan on profit or above plans. That is for me the highlight and how to get the most out it. They are very fast to answer in slack, go above and beyond for us on the tests we want to set up, roll out features according to our needs and even if they don't have that feature currently they always gave a workaround to get the result in the meantime. The team member I was assigned to was Rohan and he was super helpful every time!

Seriously one of the best apps on the app store...I am not getting paid to say this or anything. I believe the current way to win in the market is CRO & optimizing the stuff you are already doing but getting data behind making any decisions. We've done pricing tests to prove out major sales accelerations for certain products. Literally we saw a 60% increase in conversion moving a product of ours from $129 to $99...and you can input your COGS to find out which one is more profitable. So stoked!!

Yes, it's expensive but it's way more capable and easy to use than anything else I've tried for shipping tests. Would totally recommend.

Awesome app and fantastic customer service. Very responsive to any question I ever have. A/B testing isn't optional. Everytime I think a change is too small or too obvious to test, I'm proven wrong by the test results. Simple and intuitive design. You don't need to be an engineer to figure out how to use this. That said, one area that would be nice to see improved is how the app helps you interpret test results (e.g. assessing statistical significance). But customer service was yet again awesome in filling the gaps for us.

We looked at a lot of tools to help us with testing and are so glad we found Intelligems. The simplicity of the test setup with specific Shopify theme integration is super clean. When we don't know how to do something, the team at Intelligems is very responsive and helps us get things done on the spot. Couldn't recommend enough. Great product, reasonable price, excellent service.

This is by far the best app on shopify store, the support is amazing and mike is getting back to us (and our annoying questions) super fast, we also so some massive wins with split tests through the app, it doesn't slow the site and it a MUST HAVE in your tech stack, Thanks guys!
