Whenever I download the stories, they are not displayed in the app, and it screws up my whole site

Link function seems to be gone for stories, which is quite bad. Only reason I installed this app.

The instagram posts will only display as RECTANGLES on mobil devices, despite the fact that instagram is by default SQUARE. Resulting in a lot of white space above and belov each instagram post, and they've also highlighted this rectangle with shadows, so it's like a frame that has a whole lotta empty in it. Customer service is dismissive, not asking questions or trying to help you to figure out what's wrong. They just tell you they can't help and wish you good bye, and for each question, they say goodbye, and you have to keep at it. I CANNOT understand how they have this high score.
