Great app! Easy to use and very good support as well. We have been using it for 2 years now. The new AI image generator they have incorporated makes creating images a breeze with the simplified prompt writing options. Would definitely recommend!

I do not appreciate that I had erroneous charges on my account that if i hadn't have seen, they would have been happy to keep. Are you doing this to other customers?

I have to edit my original post. The app was easy to download, however, it never worked properly. I spoke to their team and the IG feed is supposed to update randomly two times a day, but that never worked for me. I had to contact them each time for them to make it work. I posted twice yesterday on IG and still today, a new day, they don't even show up. Then, the highlights section, if you post a highlight on IG, you have to manually go into this app on shopify and delete and re-download your highlights for it to show up. It's not a seamless process. Also - one of my highlights deleted and went missing. I'm really bummed about this. Support was good, they got back to me via email each time, however the app does need some work. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new IG app.

Originally, I had posted a 2-star review, but I am changing it. The billing terms used to say "No charges upto 1000 page visits every month." Which to me and others makes it sound like when there are 1000 Instagram visits through this app per month, then you will be charged. It's actually based on impressions that the app is shown on your website. Their billing terms now list it as "store impressions" which is no longer deceiving. The app works well and looks good. The only reason I now wouldn't give it 5 stars is because there is no analytics within the app. You have no idea how many impressions it's made in the month and are operating on the honor system with the app developer. I want to see proof that I've hit a billing threshold rather than going about it blindly. Also, the direct center of the Instagram thumbnails is not clickable, which is very inefficient.

The instagram posts will only display as RECTANGLES on mobil devices, despite the fact that instagram is by default SQUARE. Resulting in a lot of white space above and belov each instagram post, and they've also highlighted this rectangle with shadows, so it's like a frame that has a whole lotta empty in it. Customer service is dismissive, not asking questions or trying to help you to figure out what's wrong. They just tell you they can't help and wish you good bye, and for each question, they say goodbye, and you have to keep at it. I CANNOT understand how they have this high score.

O story não tem como vc fazer personalizações para adequar ao designer do seu site. O suporte não ajudam em nada, com mensagens prontas e não personalizadas para te atender. Tudo dizem que vão solicitar ao desenvolvedores e nada mais, nem retorno, nem solução. O feed simplesmente não aparece no site. Já solicitei diversos atendimentos mas nenhum foi eficaz.
