She was very patient and understanding. She did not get irritated at any point. She will make sure you are taken care of. She made sure that I can always get in touch with the team if I need it. She surely knows all the tech stuff very well. Wonderful person! Fatima was also helpful. She was the first point of contact a day before. she guided me through the Google Meet step-by-step process. She is knowledgable and knows what she is doing.
