Pros Easy-to-use customer interface. The checkout process feels smooth and does not create friction if no fraud is detected. Cons Some parts of the installation instructions could be explained more clearly. For example, the section on webhooks does not make it obvious how to access them in Shopify. It is not clearly stated that basic plans do not include human agent support. There is no integration to automatically redirect customers flagged with medium or high fraud risk (by Shopify Risk Alerts or the NoFraud app) to complete KYC verification. This process must be handled manually by the Shopify admin, who has to contact the customer directly—introducing unnecessary friction.

The app would be a little bit well documented. It is not a plug and Play solution as it was supposed to be expected on a Shopify Store. Without ChatGPT, you will need to hire a dev to help ypu to setup everything.
